Here's what's new:

  • CCs the Way You Expect: Going forward, CCing someone on your support email will function just like a regular email. You will no longer have to read the body of the email to know who was included on a ticket.
  • Richer Emails: Get all the details! Our support emails from support@hybridge.com will now have rich text formatting, making them easier to read and understand.
  • No More Clipped Emails: If you've seen issues with information being clipped in a ticket that should also be resolved with our new changes.
  • Ticket Numbers in the Body: Ticket numbers will be listed in the body of any email, making it easier to reference your ticket when you call in for support.

Overall, these updates aim to provide a more streamlined and user-friendly email support experience. You should see no impact to any of your current support workflows, just general improvements in the overall experience. Our ticketing system will remain on Zendesk, we are not moving to a new platform so there will be no loss of historical information on tickets you submitted in the past.
